1. What we collect

Account data: your phone number and display name. The phone number is used for verification and so buyers can reach you.
Listing data: whatever you type — title, description, price, city, photos and category attributes.
Technical data: IP address, request time and browser type — used for abuse prevention and flood control.
Messages: the content of in-platform chats, for support, moderation and fraud prevention.

2. Why we use it

To run the platform, verify advertisers, rank search results, review listings, handle reports and deliver paid services.

3. Cookies

We use essential cookies only: a session cookie (language and sign-in state) and an access-token cookie. If external advertising or analytics are enabled, they are named here and governed by their providers’ policies.

4. Who can see your data

Your phone number is visible to anyone who opens your listing so they can contact you — that is the core of a classifieds service. We never sell your data. We may disclose it to UAE authorities on a lawful request.

5. Service providers

We may rely on providers to operate: hosting, a CDN and image storage, and an SMS/WhatsApp provider for verification codes. They process data only as needed to deliver the service.

6. Retention

Published listings are kept while live and for a reasonable period afterwards for fraud prevention. Verification codes are deleted as soon as they are used or expire (10 minutes). Security logs are pruned regularly.

7. Your rights

You can delete any listing from “My Ads”, and request full deletion of your account and data by email. You may also request a copy of your data or ask us to correct it.

8. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed verification codes, flood and intrusion protection, and we block execution of anything uploaded. No system is perfectly secure, but we review our measures continuously.

9. Children

The service is not directed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
