1. What this platform is

Let’s Sell and Buy is a classified-ads platform that lets individuals and businesses publish listings and contact each other. The platform is not a party to any transaction. It does not sell, buy, ship, verify ownership of, or guarantee any item or service listed on it.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid, verifiable phone number. The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out through their account.

3. Listing content

• Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of every description, price and photo they publish.
• Anything prohibited by UAE law is banned, including but not limited to: narcotics, weapons and ammunition, forged documents or currency, counterfeit goods, human organs, restricted animals, and services contrary to public order and morals.
• Offensive, discriminatory or indecent content is not allowed.
• Duplicate listings and listings placed in the wrong category are not allowed.
• Listings are screened automatically and by moderators. We may re-categorise, reject or remove any listing without prior notice.

4. Accounts & verification

Phone numbers are verified with a one-time code sent by SMS or WhatsApp. We may suspend or ban any account that breaches these terms or attracts repeated reports.

5. Paid services

Paid services include featured listings, merchant packages and advertising space. A service is activated once payment is confirmed and is non-refundable after activation, except where the fault is technical and on our side. Prices are in UAE dirhams and may be subject to VAT.

6. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for losses arising from dealings between users, from the accuracy of published information, or from technical interruptions beyond our control. Always inspect an item, meet in a public place, and never transfer money before receiving the goods.

7. Intellectual property

The platform name, logo and design belong to the site owner. By publishing, an advertiser grants us a non-exclusive licence to display their listing’s text and photos on the site and in our own marketing channels.

8. Reporting

Any user can flag a listing with the “Report this ad” button. Reports are reviewed on business days, and a listing may be hidden automatically while multiple reports are pending.

9. Changes & governing law

We may amend these terms at any time; changes take effect when published. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the emirate where the platform is registered have jurisdiction over any dispute.
